The wide variety of Pixel 8 Pro case features
You’ll see some familiar names at the front of the pack, and for good reason. The Spigen Liquid Air Armor never fails, and provides the Pixel 8 Pro with considerably more protection than you might expect, given its slim design. A subtle texture on the back makes it easy to grip, a feature it shares with the less costly and ever-so-slightly less resilient Caseology Parallax. Google’s first-party cases have turned a significant corner compared to a few years ago, too.
If you’re looking for add-on features, consider the i-Blason ArmorBox. Cases don’t get more rugged than this one, and one of the two front frames it comes with sports an integrated screen protector. The Torras Leather — one of the last few lines still made with premium, natural materials — adds a touch of class, and space for cards and bills. The VRS Design Damda Glide offers a similar amount of space, but with a hard shell and semi-automatic slide-open compartment door.

Finally, if it’s important to save a few bucks, consider the Ringke Fusion or Poetic Neon. The first is as slim as cases come, and the second has helpful silicone bumpers at key grip points to keep the phone securely in your hands at all times.
After you’ve found the right case, make sure to pair it with a dependable Pixel 8 Pro screen protector. And, whatever you do, don’t fall prey to nonsense marketing like “9H glass hardness” — all glass can withstand scratches from a 9H pencil, making that yet another misleading boast that’s all too commonly seen from manufacturers and retailers.
